With belief coding we don't typically work directly on one limiting belief, we will work on a discomfort or a trigger.
We look for the one thing that really annoys you about the way you handle that trigger and what creates the biggest discomfort within that subject.
We work through one discomfort at a time and typically we can do one per session.
Each trigger can obviously be multiple limiting beliefs attached.
Some discomforts in themselves are very layered such as eating disorders or depression and we need to decompose them to heal one trigger at a time.
If you decide to pursue and become more familiar with belief coding then the sessions can go a lot faster, but that was all depends on the person, everyone is different.
